These helmet covers are what the French Army wore on their issued F1 helmets during the 80s and 90s in desert theatres. Soldiers during desert storm added their own rubber lining around the ring, which later became adopted into the standard design. These earlier versions are just a plain cotton design with a very simple loop cord around the edge. 

Keep it simple in the desert next time you are having a game or airsoft/paintball or add one to your French military collection!

Sizing: These covers don't have any size markings - we have tried them out and they seem to fit Medium/Large US standards of PASGT sizing.
