French Military F2 Camo Fatigue Cap, also known as the "Bigeard" in France. Named after Marcel Bigeard who created the design of this hat during The First Indochina War. These particular ones do not come with the "swallowtail" flap which covers the neck. In English they are often called Swallowtail caps because of this feature.
This cap is covered in the French CE (Central Europe) Camouflage and were manufactured in the 90's. Truly a high quality lined cap from the French Army with a reinforced brim and superior materials.

Mine had the flaps on the back, but of an odd fit but accurate.

These Caps are a great quality piece of kit, they are very well made and fully lined. They are at a great price, and the camo is an excellent general purpose pattern. Sizing may be a little on the small side.
