West German Bundeswehr M60 steel helmet. This was the first West German issued helmet introduced after use of the US M1 helmet during the 1950s.

Come with a US M1 RDF helmet cover which were often seen in use by the Bundeswehr as they lacked their own dedicated camouflage helmet cover until the 1980s, and a helmet net which has light rusting. Cover and net are not original to this helmet, but are configured in a way that would have seen service. Also included a spare unissued chin strap.

There was cork inserts in the liner between the leather and steel, however these have fallen apart due to age.
