California Proposition 65 Warning

Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a California law that requires businesses to provide clear warnings about exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

Many of the products we sell — including clothing, footwear, camping equipment, and military surplus gear — may contain trace amounts of these chemicals. The presence of a Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean that the product will cause harm when used as intended, but we are required to provide the warning to California customers so they can make informed decisions.
