British military-issue MVP rain trousers designed as an outer waterproof layer. Constructed from moisture vapour permeable fabric with full lower-leg zip openings for easier donning over footwear.

The trousers feature waist access openings intended to be worn over another layer, along with adjustable cuffs for sealing around boots.
