Designed to be obvious and non threatening, the British United Nations cover vest is on the case. Two styles are in this batch but just as blue as each other. 

Lots of dangly bits include waist fastening for size adjustment and some have a back hanging tab for attaching to a PLCE belt. The front closes with hook & loop + a press stud. If you're collecting (or destroying) United Nations paraphernalia or just really feel like Mr. Blue Sky - put one in the post.

Sizing: The sizes for these are the maximum adjustment measured around the chest, just under your armpits. The sides adjust down roughly by 9cm
