Vintage Columbia fly fishing vest in khaki, featuring a sleeveless design with a V-shaped neckline, full-length front zip closure and contrasting grey lining around the upper interior. The vest includes numerous storage compartments across the front, including upper chest pockets with flap closures, large lower cargo pockets and multiple horizontal zippered compartments. Black D-ring attachment points are positioned on both upper shoulders, while hook-and-loop fastening panels and a light-coloured textured patch feature on the chest pockets.

The vest has reinforced stitching throughout the pocket panels and fabric edging around the armholes. Stains are present on the lower front right.
