USMC P53 utility shirt in olive green Herringbone Twill (HBT) fabric, featuring a traditional military field shirt design with a pointed fold-down collar and full button-front closure. The shirt has two large chest patch pockets with pointed, button-fastened flaps, long sleeves and adjustable button cuffs. Additional construction details include a reinforced shoulder yoke, double-stitched seams around the pockets and a straight-cut hem.

The olive fabric displays noticeable fading and creasing throughout, with lighter wear along the seams, collar and pocket edges. Presented in used/good condition with light staining around the collar.
