USGI women's OG-108 cold weather coat liner in olive green, featuring a jacket-style design with a ribbed knit stand collar and full button-front closure. The liner has long sleeves with matching ribbed knit cuffs, two large lower front patch pockets and stitched shoulder panels. Quilted inner fabric is visible along the front opening.

The outer fabric shows visible creasing and signs of previous wear. A small tear is present on the back.
