The USGI Women's OCP Combat Trousers feature the Operational Camouflage Pattern in a combination of muted green, brown, tan and dark grey tones. The trousers have a button-fastened front fly, belt loops and an elasticated waistband section for an adjustable fit. Storage includes angled hip pockets and large flap-covered cargo pockets positioned on both thighs. Reinforced fabric panels extend across the knee areas, while the straight-cut legs feature drawcord adjustments at the ankle hems.

The interior features contrasting olive-green fabric panels with reinforced stitching around the waistband and fly. A military sizing label is positioned inside the waistband. A stain is present on the left leg.
