USGI UCP softshell cold weather jacket with an integrated hood, high collar and full-length front zip. The front features multiple vertical-zip pockets, while hook-and-loop panels are positioned across the chest and upper sleeves. Adjustable sleeve cuffs and a drawcord hem provide additional adjustment.

The interior has mesh-lined sections, and the garment label identifies the fabric as 98% nylon and 2% spandex.
