This USGI M65 field jacket features the Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP), with a distinctive digital camouflage design in shades of foliage green, grey and light tan. It has an olive-grey interior lining, a high stand-up collar with a zippered compartment and a full-length front zip concealed beneath a snap-button storm flap. Four large front pockets feature flap closures, with two positioned on the chest and two on the lower body. Large hook-and-loop attachment panels are positioned on both upper sleeves, with additional attachment panels above the chest pockets.

The jacket features button fittings inside the upper lining, adjustable sleeve cuffs and reinforced stitching around the shoulders and pockets. An original garment specification label is positioned inside the neckline. Light staining is present on the left sleeve.
