Like all modern US military gear these are made from solid 1000D Cordura construction and attach to MOLLE surfaces. A simple flap opens at the top with a split main compartment (the body side has 2 elastic internal loops for gear retainment). Finally the front of the pouch is covered in hook & loop so you can slap on tons of ID or morale patches!
