USGI ECWCS wet weather trousers in OCP camouflage. These trousers are constructed as a waterproof outer layer and form part of the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS). Designed to be worn over standard uniform trousers, they feature a lightweight protective shell construction and weather-resistant design.

This example is missing the waist drawcord. Listed in used/very good condition.
