USGI MCU-2P gas mask bag with an olive fabric body and large protective top flap. It features a broad hook-and-loop closure, reinforced webbing tab, adjustable carrying straps with metal clip attachments and multiple metal D-rings around the exterior.

A narrow external side pocket provides additional storage, while reinforced seams and webbing attachment points are fitted throughout the bag.
