USGI MCU-2P gas mask bag with a compact shaped body and large protective top flap secured by hook-and-loop. It features an adjustable webbing shoulder strap with metal clip attachments, additional webbing straps around the body and reinforced edge construction.

The interior includes a fabric retention section beneath the main flap, with broad hook-and-loop panels and reinforced attachment points.
