USGI Gen III Level 7 extreme cold weather trousers in used/very good condition. They feature a fully lined construction with an elasticated waistband, reinforced knee panels and elasticated lower cuffs. The front incorporates a fly closure, while adjustment tabs are fitted around the waistband.

The internal label identifies them as Extreme Cold Weather trousers with a plain-weave nylon outer construction.
