U.S. Government Issue wet weather over-trousers in the 3-Colour Desert (DCU) camouflage pattern. Constructed as a lightweight shell layer intended to be worn over standard combat trousers. Features a waterproof outer shell with an adjustable waist drawcord and wide lower-leg openings to fit over boots.

The 3-Colour Desert pattern was standard U.S. issue from the early 1990s through the mid-2000s, including Gulf War and post-Gulf War service periods.
