US Navy service dress jacket featuring a dark navy blue exterior with a traditional double-breasted design and gold-tone metal buttons arranged in two vertical rows. The jacket has wide peaked lapels, a welted chest pocket and two lower front pockets. One sleeve features embroidered insignia with a grey eagle emblem and red chevrons, along with additional red diagonal stripes near the lower sleeve. A dark fabric lining is visible inside the jacket.
