The US Navy NWU Type III AOR2 Trousers feature a green-based digital camouflage pattern combining shades of olive, light green, tan and dark brown. Constructed from a 50% nylon and 50% cotton ripstop fabric, the trousers have a button-fastened waistband, front fly, belt loops and elasticated waistband sections. Storage includes angled hip pockets and large flap-covered cargo pockets positioned on both thighs. The legs feature reinforced knee panels with visible stitching and adjustable drawcords at the ankle hems.

The interior features a lighter reverse fabric finish with reinforced stitching around the waistband and fly. Military identification and sizing labels are positioned inside the waistband. Paint stains are present.
