US Navy black service shirt with a pointed collar, full button front and two button-flap chest pockets. It has long sleeves with button-adjustable cuffs and a curved hem, giving it a standard uniform shirt layout.

The shirt is fitted with a “U.S.S. HENRY M. JACKSON” name tape and a sleeve insignia patch with crossed keys above three white chevrons. The internal label lists a 75% polyester and 25% wool fabric blend.
