US Army maternity shirt featuring the Army Combat Uniform (ACU) Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP) in a distinctive grey, green and tan digital camouflage. Features a pointed collar, button-up front, long sleeves with buttoned cuffs and a flared maternity cut. Two large lower front pockets with flap closures provide storage, while buttoned side tabs allow adjustment around the waist.

The shirt also features hook-and-loop attachment panels across the chest and upper sleeves for identification tapes and insignia.
