Tacs-Ops II black wet weather parka in used/very good condition. Features an integrated hood, full-length front zip with a snap-fastened storm flap, and contrasting reinforced panels across the shoulders, upper back and sleeves. The interior is fully lined and includes two zippered internal pockets. The manufacturer's label states a 100% nylon shell with a 100% nylon lining.

The parka also features large lower front pockets, adjustable cuffs and a drawcord adjustment at the lower hem.
