The top flap includes a clear ID window. Reinforced webbing straps and metal hardware are fitted throughout.

I had wanted a rucksack that was small enough for a day trip but still had the capacity for a 3-4 day extended trip. This pack fit the need perfectly. It looks like a revised edition because it has some things like an internal flap to further protect the contents of the main section and longer bedroll straps underneath which the earlier ones didn't.
Super happy with it.
I added another piece of webbing to hold my hatchet higher. The existing one is good for my shovel though.
Brand new too. Great purchase.

Definitely a good rucksack for a day hike.Enough room for a hatchet,and survival needs in case you were lost or stranded.
