A traditional East Timorese Beti Naek men's wrap featuring black woven panels with bright multicolour stripe detailing throughout. The wrap has decorative woven bands near the ends and multicoloured tasselled fringe edges. Patterned woven sections are integrated into the stripe design across the fabric.

This item was brought back by a New Zealand soldier after deployment to East Timor in 1999.
