Carhartt Hooded Jacket in black, featuring a contrasting dark fleece lining and an attached hood. The jacket has a full-length snap-button front closure, a traditional fold-down collar and long sleeves with adjustable snap-button cuffs. Multiple front storage compartments include two flap-covered chest pockets with dual metal snap fastenings and two lower hand pockets with vertical openings.

The exterior features stitched shoulder panels, a straight lower hem and a small Carhartt branded patch on the chest pocket. A large contrasting orange "Eastern Idaho State Fair" graphic is printed across the upper back, with decorative ribbon detailing. The jacket also features reinforced stitching around the pocket openings and front closure.
