British UBAC shirt featuring an all-over Multi-Terrain Pattern (MTP) camouflage design with irregular green, brown, tan and cream markings. The shirt has a high stand-up collar with a partial front zip closure and long sleeves with button-adjustable cuffs. Upper sleeve utility pockets provide additional storage, while stitched shoulder panels and a slightly curved hem complete the design.

The shirt features matching camouflage fabric across the torso and sleeves. Signs of previous wear include removed hook-and-loop patch backing on the sleeve pockets, leaving a hole.
