This lightweight fellow has a storable, zip mesh face covering - perfect for biting insects - which covers the opening. Inside are 2 mesh pockets to keep your bits close. Fabric ties integrate with outer sleeping bags when needed. Like all sleeping bags, adding a sleeping bag liner can boost warmth capabilities further while reducing the need for washing, prolonging the life of your sleeping setup. Complement with a British Army outer bivy bag for waterproofing and try out your system before taking into any serious conditions!

Very tidy condition. I have only used it once so far, on a couch that was inside an old half insulated house with wooden window frames and no heat on. The night I used it, the temp outside dropped to 6 degrees, I used the bag in conjunction with a sleeping bag liner and had a very good sleep, staying warm. The temp inside was probably around 10 degrees. It will suit me for using it in DOC huts in the summer months. I chose the large bag and it is very roomy for my... 180cm 90kg. The medium sized bag might have been a better option if I was concerned about transport size. I stuff it in a Macpac compression sack as it doesn't come with its own. The bag with a NZA bag liner in it compresses down to 310mm long x 190mm diameter.

My British Light Weight Sleeping bag was quite the surprise. I knew it was rated as used when I ordered it and I expected to see wear upon receipt. The only way you can tell that this is a used bag is the nomenclature tag in the bag shows wear from friction and washing. The bag itself is pristine. It even have the repair zipper in the sleeve and the bug net for the bag is in perfect condition. Not one issue to make me doubt the usability of this sleeping bag. I'm very happy with this purchase and look forward to screening additional products.

It has some use but is in excellent condition.
