An Austrian Army rain jacket with a waterproof and breathable membrane. Some are Gore-Tex® and some are the European equivalent, Sympatex®. Both are high performing fabrics used in wet weather clothing. This raincoat features quite a modern-looking and civilian friendly cut, dated around the mid 2000's. These jackets are in a Value Grade and may have various repair work done to small holes or missing hook & loop patches but are still in a serviceable condition.

Built from a 2 layer waterproof membrane with a polyamide shell. The hood can be rolled back into a collar or vice versa. Drawstrings around the waist and hips can be tightened to improve the fit and maximise protection from the elements. For storage, the jacket provides two waist pockets with hook & loop closures. Some jackets may have hook & loop tabs on the chest and sleeves where patches once were. This jacket has a solid military build which will suit your civilian wet weather adventures.
