US Style Cold Weather Face Mask

*Note* The mask themselves are decently sized, but the straps at full extension at best fit only a 56cm head.

A copy of the original US design, these masks are better suited for impressions of a certain comic book villain than actual arctic survival. The original masks were first designed in the 1960's to be used with the M65 cold weather uniform. They were issued to troops in the Arctic, Norway and other frigid wastelands.

The mask has a vinyl exterior for protecting against wind and precipitation. On the interior is a soft felt fabric lining for thermal insulation. Snap-domes on the nose and mouth flaps allow them to be folded back or covered up for maximum protection. The adjustable head straps can be un-clipped with snap-domes on one side for quick removal of the mask. We wouldn’t recommend these clones for arctic survival, but those who enjoy a good riddle (or getting up to anything else for that matter) might enjoy these!
