Nimbus-Therm is a quick-drying synthetic loft insulation made from polyester fibers. Even when wet the jacket is able to retain heat. These fibers will dry quickly, wick moisture away from the skin and be less bulky than fleece. Cover this warm insulation with a waterproof and breathable outer shell and you've got yourself an impressive jacket. A waterproof rating of 5000mm/gm2 means this jacket will keep you dry under moderate to heavy rainfall. The design features a lined hood and a front zip that covers the chin.
