The camo pattern is based on the British DPM (Disruptive Pattern Material) but differs slightly by having more muted colours.

Ditch your pack for this

This belt has the mounting loops which, if you've been eyeing up the many British DPM pouches on this site, is particularly useful (especially considering that the colour/pattern matches quite well). If you fancy ditching a pack for a day hunt, grab a one of the water bottle (Osprey) pouches and a couple of other ones (for your ammo, knife, binoculars, food and anything else you want) and you have a comfy and lightweight alternative to a day bag. If you want to go for a longer trip, the dutch DPM day pack is a good accompaniment as it doesn't get in the way of the belt and can carry whatever else you wanted to bring with you. While most of us won't be using this for it's intended, gun slinging purpose, you can get plenty of value out of it as an outdoorsman. I don't see it breaking any time soon either as mine came basically brand new.
